April and May,
are months when ski gear, swimsuit and a golf club may prove to be handy equipment, whilst sunglasses hopefully is a "must have" at this time of year!
- Swim Wear is necessary to bring if you are joining in on the first rafting tour of the season with Voss Rafting Senter.
- You will need a golf club if you sekk the green carpet for relaxation after a busy day skiing.
- Sunglasses are important when you on a sunny day are to explore the World Heritage listed area of Nærøyfjorden on one of the many guided tours from Voss and when you are studying one of the dots on the blue sky wondering whether you are suited for tandem skydiving or paragliding...
When summer arrives,
in June, July and August, the variety of activities to choose from expand in number. This is the high season for many of the activities. As the summer days go by and the snow melts in the mountains, the inaccessible mountain areas will become accessible and you will finally catch fish in the mountain lakes.
The colourful leaves of the forest and the crisp air,
reminds you that in September and October you have the season's final chance to experience Rallarvegen cycle route, or a few more hikes and a final splash in the river, before the snow will cover the landscape.
