Vangen Café offers traditional and modern dishes made from scratch, in a modern and cozy space in the middle of Voss town centre.
The food is home made, and the restaurant owners use local and ecological products. The meat comes from the Selheim farm here in Voss, the baked goods from the local bakeri Vossabakst, and the fresh fish from Bergen.
Vangen Café has a wide selection of dishes, and the menu varies with the seasons. There is however some traditional dishes that are so popular that they're always on the menu, such as traditional norwegian meat cakes or fish cakes. The most popular dish is without a doubt the potato balls, called "raspekaker" in norwegian, which is served every thursday. A must-taste!
You'll also find lunch dishes, today's soup, omelets and a big dessert selection on the menu.
